| Abstract |
The study obtains responses from a small group of professional appraisers relating to the reduction in property values due to air pollution. The survey is conducted in Chicago where pollution is considered an important factor in property value. A comparison is made between the appraisals of the professionals and those of apprentice appraisers. |
