This report evaluates the impacts of the proposed rule for controls of hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) in the Secondary Aluminum industry. Social costs are estimated by evaluating costs of compliance with the rule and associated market impacts including: potential price changes in secondary aluminum, possible change in the quantity of secondary aluminum produced, small entity impacts, and employment impacts. |
