| Abstract |
Final Environmental Impact Statement on the awarding of grant funds to Wake County, North Carolina for the preparation of plans and specifications for the construction of an interceptor line to service the upper drainage basin of Crabtree Creek. The project consists of approximately 92,000 linear feet of pipe sized from 48 inches to 12 inches, 12,600 linear feet of 20 inch force main, and one pumping station. The document, presents environmental impacts of the project as well as alternatives considered. Response is made to all comments and questions made at the Public Hearing on the Draft and to all letters received from Federal, State, and local agencies and private individuals. |
