Abstract |
The purpose of the Alternative Control Technology (ACT) document is to provide technical information to address air emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC) from carbon reactivation processes, some of which are subject to RCRA regulations. The document contains technical information on carbon reactivation process operations, air emission rates, control technologies, and environmental and cost impacts of alternative control technologies. |
