Abstract
The report presents projected national environmental, cost, and energy impacts of alternative particulate matter air emission standards for new small industrial-commercial-institutional steam generating units (small boilers) firing wood. The analysis examines projected impacts in the fifth year following proposal of the standards. The report was prepared during development of proposed new source performance standards for small boilers.
