Abstract
The report presents estimates of trends in nationwide air pollutant emissions for six major pollutants: sulfur oxides, particulate matter with PM/TSP as the indicator pollutant, carbon monoxide, reactive volatile organic compounds, nitrogen oxides, and lead. Estimates are provided for major categories of air pollution sources. A short analysis of emission trends is given, along with a discussion of methods used to develop the data.
