| Abstract | The paper gives results of an analysis of indoor air quality (IAQ) control options, with emphasis on the interactions between IAQ control options and source and sink characteristics. Indoor air pollution has become an important environmental problem. It is generally recognized that IAQ in many buildings needs to be improved. Options for improving IAQ include increased ventilation, more effective use of ventilation, use of air cleaners, elimination of sources, and modification of sources. |
