Abstract
This Record of Decision (ROD) presents the selected remedial action for Operable Unit (OU) 42 Langley Air Force Base (AFB) in Hampton, Virginia. Langley AFB, EPA, and VDEQ have determined that no action is necessary for this site. Risk assessment results indicate that OU-42 soils do not pose an imminent or substantial danger to public health, welfare, or the environment.
