Abstract
The project report presents the economic, social, and environmental analysis regarding alternative plans for the handling and disposal of residual organic waste in Ventura County. Waste quantities from municipal treatment plants, livestock operations, agricultural operations and meat and fish processes were inventoried as part of the study.
