| Abstract |
This report discusses fundamental and technical considerations relating to laboratory studies of the fate and effects of organics and metals in biological wastewater treatment processes. The relationships between analytical control tests and biodegradation test methods are discussed. Various laboratory apparatuses for both continuous flow and static biodegradation methods are described. Both aerobic and anaerobic test results are included in the report. |
