| Abstract |
To determine the acute toxicity of the test substances or mixtures adminis- tered to rats by the inhalation route. This test material 18 not considered toxic, Five male and five female rates were placed in an inhalation chamber, size 24 in. x 24 in. x 24 in. with a volume of approximately 200 liters. A weight of 4.80 grams of test material was aerosolised over a one hour period at an air flow of ten liters a minute, which resulted in a sample concentration of 8.0 ag per liter. |
