| Abstract |
Male, Cr1:CD rats were housed 2/cage in 8in. x 8in. x 14in. stainless steel cages and provided Purina Certified Rodent Chow No. 05002 and water ad libitum. Rats were observed for general suitability for 1 week prior to testing. A group of 10 rats weighing between 234 and 269 g were exposed, whole-body, to 2 mg/L of the test material for a single 1-hour period. Rats were weighed and observed daily for 2 days following exposure. |
