Abstract
The List of List files represent the 1996 version of the Title 111 (SARA and Clean Air Act Amendments) Consolidated List. This list includes chemicals listed under CERCLA, SARA Title 111 (EPCRA), and section 112(r) of Title 111 of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990. Additions and revisions made to the individual chemical lists through October 1996 are incorporated into this version of the consolidated list. These files can be used to print lists of chemicals subject to reporting requirements under CERCLA and Sara Title 111 (EPCRA), and chemicals listed under the accident prevention provisions of section 112 (r) of the Clean Air Act. Its purpose is to assist facilities and state and local governments in compliance with the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) and general chemical emergency preparedness and prevention.
