| Abstract |
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued effluent guidelines and limitations for the Aluminum Forming Point Source Category in September, 1983. This report estimates the economic impact of pollution control costs in terms of price changes, production changes, effects on profitability, potential plant closures, unemployment, and other secondary effects. Impacts on new aluminum forming plants are also examined. |
