| Abstract |
The report documents detailed emission summaries based on the Tier Categories for the National inventory developed for VOC, NOx and CO for the years 1987 - 1991. It is intended for use by EPA Regional offices, by State and local agencies, and by industry and its consultants. The summaries are for each year by Nation, State and specific ozone non-attainment areas. |
