| Abstract |
Landfill disposal of solid waste is reviewed in terms of: (1) the use of landfills for disposal; (2) technique commonly employed for such disposal; and (3) the costs associated with landfill disposal by those techniques. The report also presents estimates of the anticipated increases in costs of landfill disposal as a result of the application of the recommended practices and procedures contained in the Guidelines. |
