| Abstract |
The report is the second annual report of the Effluent Standards and Water Quality Information Advisory Committee (ES&WQIAC) to the Administrator of EPA. The first chapter of Part I of the report describes the legislative basis of the Committee, its structure, and a summary of its activities to March 1, 1975. Subsequent chapters provide an overview of the Committee's activities and results achieved. Many of ES&WQIAC's hearings and workshops were summarized in the Bureau of National Affairs Environmental Reporter and some of these have been included in this report. Part II of the report includes the detailed comments provided by the Committee during the process of development of effluent limitations by EPA. (Portions of this document are not fully legible.) |
