Abstract |
This document announces the conclusions of the EPA evaluation of the 'Moleculetor Fuel Energizer' under provisions of Section 511 of the Motor Vehicle Information and Cost Savings Act. On March 24, 1980, the EPA received a request from Energy Efficiencies, Inc. for evaluation of a fuel saving device known as the 'Fuel Energizer Moleculetor'. This device is designed to be installed in the fuel line between the fuel tank and fuel pump. The applicant claims that as the fuel passes through the device, it becomes energized, burns more efficiently and therefore, provides improved fuel economy. |
