Abstract
The development of methodologies to determine the air quality impact of transportation systems and indirect sources requires a detailed data base. Such data is necessary to develop the relationships between variables associated with the transportation system, indirect sources, and meteorological conditions and the resulting air quality. The data contained in this report will be useful to engineers, planners, and environmentalists in: (1) Determining the relationships between average daily traffic and peak traffic conditions; (2) Establishing relationships between traffic levels and ambient air quality; and, (3) Determining the potential for violation of national ambient air quality standards for transportation related pollutants in a congested commercial situation.
