| Abstract |
The purpose of the study was to analyze present methods used for the allocation of funds for all levels of water resource development and formulating a new and more suitable allocation methodology. Particular emphasis was placed on incorporating a goal-oriented model to provide predictions of future water resource demands and on utilizing system analysis techniques for determining the allocation of funds for development of water resources.
