Abstract
This background document provides the Agency's rationale and technical support for developing BDAT treatment standards for K088 under the Land Disposal Restrictions (LDR) program. This document also provides waste characterization data that may serve as the basis for determining whether a variance from the applicable treatment standards is warranted for spent potliners.
