Abstract
Prolonged round-the-clock exposure of white rats to arsenic trioxide in concentrations of 60.7 and 4.9 micrograms/cu m results in degenerative-dystrophic changes in the cerebrum, lungs, liver, kidneys, and gastrointestinal tract. Under these conditions, a concentration of 1.3 micrograms/cu m arsenic trioxide did not induce pathomorphological changes in the viscera of the experimental animals.
