Abstract |
The report discusses a mathematical model that can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of various leak detection and repair (LDAR) programs on controlling volatile organic compound (VOC) fugitive emissions from chemical, petroleum, and other process units. The report also describes a computer program, available through EPA's National Computer Center, that allows a user to enter LDAR input data and initiate the above-described model through a low-speed terminal. |
