| Abstract |
As part of the continuing effort by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to verify the integrity and accuracy of alternative determinations of dynamometer power absorber (PAU) settings, a test program involving ten various production vehicles was conducted. The objective of this program was to determine the appropriateness of the dynamometer PAU settings, submitted to EPA by the vehicle manufacturers as part of the 1979 model year certification process, for production vehicles. |
