| Abstract |
The purpose of this report is to provide a technical basis for the selection of stationary-source monitors that are required by Federal, State, or local regulations for emissions. The document identifies performance parameters, gives specifications and details test procedures to verify the specifications. Examples of the specifications and test procedures are provided for monitoring systems applied to gases and visible emissions. Technical data used for the specifications are based on the results of laboratory and field studies. |
