This report summarizes the technical assistance activities continued during 1983 to support implementation of the PCB regulations. These activities, which began in 1981, included regular bimonthly liaison with EPA regional offices and the provision of specified technical and coordinated assistance to these offices as requested. GCA/Technology Division was assigned to provide assistance to the Eastern EPA Regions I-V and OPTS, while Radian Corporation performed an identical function for the Western Regions VI-X. Individual technical assistance reports were prepared and distributed. Copies of these reports are included in the appendices. |
