| Abstract |
The report includes financial strategies for pollution control measures for the dairy industry. The report demonstrates that it is well worth spending time in analyzing the unique added methods of financing pollution expenditures and their equally unique tax treatment. It will alert decision makers as to the availability of, and qualifications for some of the financing incentives that federal, state and local governments have made available. |
