Abstract
The WMAC team at Colorado State University performed an assessment at a plant that manufactures wooden kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The assessment team's report, detailing findings and recommendations, indicated that paint sludge from the spray booth water curtains is generated in a large amount and that significant cost savings could be achieved by dewatering the sludge before it is shipped offsite for disposal and reusing the water.
