Abstract
This research effort was initiated with the objective to complete a review and evaluation of the methodological and analytical techniques used to assess and quantify the economic impact of changes in agricultural crop yields. The review focused on two major areas: (1) physical effects of man-made and natural factors on agricultural crop yield, and (2) methodologies and models used to evaluate and quantify the economic impacts of crop yield changes on the farm, the agricultural industry and finally the consumers.
