| Abstract |
Two of the most popular areal bases for air pollution control are studied for the purpose of describing and evaluating the effect of specified administrative organization on the control programs. The two are: (1) regional enforcement programs grouping a number of existing political units of government, (2) enforcement areas following the lines of one political unit. |
