| Abstract |
Manual 1 presents NSPS regulations for selecting and locating opacity and gaseous monitors for affected sources. Specific problem areas such as stratification, dilution, water vapor interferences, and multiple feed points, are discussed. Criteria for selecting monitoring systems and checklists for agency inspection and review of equipment installations are included. |
