| Abstract | The paper discusses some of the tests required by the Agency to evaluate the adequacy of liner and leachate collection materials. These laboratory tests subject the candidate materials to the physical, biological, and chemical stresses that are intended to duplicate conditions found in a treatment, storage, or disposal facility (TSDF). Some unresolved testing concerns are also discussed. |
