During the Year 1973-1974, the Illinois Institute of Technology conducted a study for the Illinois Institute for Environmental Quality to determine what administrative procedures and planning tools were being used by various state agencies to implement the areawide waste treatment management and river basin planning aspects of the 1973 Water Pollution Control Act Amendments (P.L. 92-500). |
