Abstract
A summary of data collected from June 1984 through September 1985 at more than 165 stations of the newly initiated Chesapeake Bay monitoring program. The report focuses first on physical-chemical characteristics: flows, salinity, dissolved oxygen, chlorophyll a, nutrients, sediments, and toxics. Another section covers living resources, ranging from plankton through submerged aquatic vegetation to finfish and shellfish. A centerfold map describes the monitoring program and shows station locations.
