Abstract
The paper discusses the application of catalytic oxidation to four types of air emission sources: groundwater stripping operations, graphic arts facilities, flexographic printing plants, and latex monomer production. Characteristics of each of these emissions are discussed, along with the catalytic technology used to control them. In addition to key emission stream characteristics, the paper discusses hazardous air pollutant characteristics that affect the applicability of catalytic oxidation.
