Abstract
The Federal Water Pollution Control Administration initiated an investigation of the water quality problems in the Rock Creek watershed, a sub-basin of the Potomac River, to develop a program of corrective measures to permit recreational use of the waters of Rock Creek. Since 1966, investigations of the water quality and related problems in the Rock Creek watershed have been continued. The purposes of the report are: To provide information on the existing water quality in Rock Creek; and the status of corrective programs for water quality.
