The objectives of the study were to determine the suitability of various suggested analytical techniques for the estimation of nitrogen forms in an estuarine environment; to determine the precision and accuracy of the selected methods of analysis; and to determine the most suitable method of preservation of samples to be analyzed for nitrogen forms. |
