| Abstract |
This study was conducted to provide economic data and analysis to aid the Environmental Protection Agency in assessing the feasibility and reasonable applicability of vapor recovery systems (particularly bottom-loading) on bulk plants. Other factors which should be used in assessing feasibility and reasonable applicability may be mentioned in this report but are not fully analyzed. |
