| Abstract | The Institute's research program for fiscal year 1969-70 was supported by the annual allotment and seven matching grants from the Office of Water Resources Research, U. S. Department of the Interior, non-federal matching and other funds from the State of North Carolina and private industry, and one grant from the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation. The report contains description of water resource problems and related research projects, summary of research findings, and discussion of program development, education, and public service programs.
