Abstract |
This guideline presents a methodology for the development of a control strategy conforming with the requirements for lead implementation plans found in Part 51 of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations. The guidance presented herein illustrates, for a ficticious three-county example area, some of the quantitative and qualitative procedures used in developing the control strategy. The guideline covers the following topics: development of baseline emission inventory and air quality data; projection and allocation of emissions; application of models and analysis of modeling results; and the testing, evaluation, and selection of available strategies. |
