Abstract
Concentrations of nitric acid vapor and fine particulate nitrate were measured at the 1985 Nitrogen Species Methods Comparison Study at Claremont, California with a transition-flow reactor, which separates the gases and particles by differential diffusion in a transition-flow stream and avoids sampling artifacts for these reactive species.
