Abstract |
Validated sample preparation procedures and high resolution gas chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry techniques were utilized for the quantitative measurement of 4 to 695 pg/g (ppt) levels of 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (2378-TCDD) in the edible portions of fish from the state of Michigan. The methodology and the analytical results are presented. |
