Abstract
In April of 1985, EPA published Summary of State VOC Regulations (EPA-450/2-85-003), which summarized regulations for Group I, II, and III CTG's and >100 tpy non-CTG categories as of August 1, 1984. The document updates and expands parts of that publication; specifically it presents summaries of State and local regulations for Group III CTG's and >100 tpy non-CTG regulations. Information used to compile the document was collected from all 10 EPA regions in early 1987.
