| Abstract |
This report provides the necessary guidance for development of regulations limiting emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC) from the storage of petroleum liquids in fixed roof tanks. Reasonably available control technology (RACT) is defined in this document; cost analysis for RACT is included for evaluating the cost effectiveness of controlling fixed roof storage tank sources. |
