| Abstract |
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA or the Agency) is proposing to amend 40 CFR Part 425 which limits effluent discharges to waters of the United States and the introduction of pollutants into publicly owned treatment works (POTW) by existing and new sources engaged in leather tanning and finishing. |
