Abstract
Research for this project was designed to address two overall goals. First, we develop an approach to enhance the ability of Massachusetts Bays managers to assess the likely impact of changes in Bays water quality on the use and value of coastal resources. Second, we analyze the existing mix of coastal management strategies in order to determine the degree to which existing governance practices are sufficient for Bayswide resource management.
