Objective:
Investigate the social and legal factors that threaten clean and abundant freshwater supplies in the upper Hudson River Basin. Research involved methodologies ranging from state archival research to ethnographic interviews with local citizens and historians. Determine the impact and effectiveness of common law in water related environmental problem solving.
