Objective:
My research included recording the types of foods people eat in the Central Highlands region of Vietnam, a primary source of dioxin contamination. I worked with staff at medical centers and assessed families in rural provinces. I also interviewed people in Friendship Village which houses Agent Orange victims and also grows an organic garden to feed the residents and sell the produce.
