Progress Summary:

This grant was transferred from Yale University to the Stockholm Environment Institute.  Due to administrative delays associated with the transfer, research funding was delayed by 6 months.  The annual reporting schedule was adjusted to account for this gap in funding.  Thus, the Year 4 report is due in 2018.
