Objective:This project is one of three under Theme III: Biological Mechanisms and Dosimetry of our proposal. The main objective of this project is to investigate associations of selected inflammatory and blood clotting parameters in free living humans with particle and criteria gas exposures.
Progress Summary:This project is being conducted in collaboration with the Boston Veterans Hospital, which currently is conducting the Normative Aging Study (NAS). During the first 2 years, the Boston Veterans Hospital has been collecting data.
Future Activities:In the coming year, the data collected by the Boston Veterans Hospital will be provided to the Harvard School of Public Health for the statistical analysis.
